I’m losing sleep
Light a smoke so I can breathe
It’s too dark, it’s too loud in the city
If I had a god, I would say he was wrong
Got these scars, but I think they’re pretty
So I say Hey!
It’s hard to find a love through every shade of grey
So tired of the same
Never seems to change
It’s hard to find a love through every shade of grey
Oliver Helden – Shades of Grey
From my point of view, it’s so easy to find love in EVERY shade of Moorea grey, made by Charles ATIU. Thank you for your huge talent and restless work, Master ATIU.
It seems that all the beauty on Earth congregated in Master Charles Atiu’s creations and from there in our souls.
This is what I have to say just looking at this wonders of nature, wonders of God, wonders made by a man gifted by God – Master Charles ATIU.
As the beauty of the natural world lies in the details, there is no doubt that these lace – like blooms carry all the beauty in the world.
Thank you, Master Atiu, for bringing us so much joy, peace and love with your work.
So glad to be here with you again… And share some new images of the wonderful, wonderful Moorea hibiscus.

Happy Late Valentine! from Moorea.
It’s almost spring in my heart and I can’t wait to see some new jewels on my Mooreas.
‘Till then, please note this dark beauty. I’m sure you’ve noticed it almost a year ago, when Master Charles Atiu created it.
The mother is Moorea Milagro, but the father is unknown 🙂 Still, the child is awesome :)))))

I remember it was a cold and snowy January evening, on January 25, 2014. And, looking for Master Atiu’s blooms, I realized that it wasn’t such a place where I could find them, but the base of IHS or the Island of Moorea itself.. For my taste, it was to formal, so I thought – why not create a place where everybody could find out about the extraordinary creations of the genius hibiscus hybridizer who is Master Charles Atiu.
The same night I wrote a mail to a special lady and also my friend, Mrs. Monica Truşcă, and told her about it. She said ok, and there it started. It’s almost unbelievable that already two years passed since. This small platform collected an impressive number of views, a digit with many zeroes in tail, showing the interest of hibiscus lovers from all over the world for Moorea and for Master Charles Atiu’s work.
This blog is not about me. Nor about Master Atiu. It is about pure beauty. It is, as Master Atiu named it, A Hibiscus Sanctuary. I am proud of it, I am proud of the interest aroused around this blog, because this means that beauty in it’s purest form got to the souls of so many hibiscus lovers.

Happy Moorea Hibiscusing 🙂
2016. A new year. With new challenges. New colors. New shapes. New love. Same talent. The one and only. Master Charles Atiu.
It is my great honour to present here, on this blog, the first 2016 creations from Master Charles Atiu’s New Collection, under the index of UMMA.
I hope it will be a year full of new and exquisite blooms.
